About us: Hello! We are Andrew & Taylor. The husband-and-wife travel therapy team behind Teach Travel Therapy. We bring a lifetime of athletics, education, coaching, and mentorship to everything we do. Taylor’s background in gymnastics and Division II pole vaulting, paired with tutoring in kinesiology, physiology, and chemistry while pursuing her DPT, laid the foundation for her passion for teaching and mentorship. Andrew’s journey, which includes pitching at the Division I level, completing a graduate assistantship in athletic operations, and tutoring kinesiology alongside Taylor, shaped his competitive spirit, leadership and problem-solving skills. After graduating with our Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees in 2022, we began traveling full-time and have since worked across the country in a variety of clinical settings. Through Teach Travel Therapy, we combine our real-world experience with our passion for education and mentorship to help aspiring travel therapists confidently navigate their careers and thrive both personally and professionally.

Founding story: In March 2024, we were completing a home health contract in the northeast… and the winter was getting rather long. We were working and playing tennis nearly every single day. Taylor felt a pull back to her tutoring roots, so she started sharing educational videos on social media: tips for the National Physical Therapy Exam and “day in the life of a Traveling PT” videos. 

Before she knew it, she was getting direct messages which included many questions regarding how to become a travel therapist. During this time, we were planning a wedding, moving across the country, starting a new job, and unwilling to give up our tennis time. As a result,  Taylor decided to put a presentation together to educate aspiring therapists in larger groups. The presentations continued to grow in the best way possible, and that is when Teach Travel Therapy was developed.
