Idaho Retroactive Tax Cuts

For the fourth year in a row, the Idaho legislature passed a retroactive tax cut. The top rate is now 5.3% after earnings of $2,500 ($5,000 for married joint filers). Before the 4 year streak began, Idaho tax rates topped at a progressive 6.5%.
